Invitation of President of the AMSE-AMCE-WAER
Gilles Baillat

I am glad to announce that the international congress of AMSE-AMCE-WAER will be held in Eskişehir, Turkey for the first time in 2016 after Marrakech (Morocco), Monterrey (Mexico), and Reims (France). AMSE-AMCE-WAER shows its eagerness to embrace new places and cultures by confiding the organization of the 18th congress to Anadolu University.

Just as previous congresses, World Association of Educational Research will offer various and beneficial knowledge to the access of educational researchers coming from different continents through colloquium and papers. Moreover, this congress will constitute a privileged atmosphere which will bring about formation of international collaborations, enhancement of these collaborations, and occurrence of new international studies.

The overall theme ‘Teaching and Training Today for Tomorrow’ gives voice to the concerns of today’s society. The aim is to discuss the education and pedagogical proficiency in 21st century and foresee the future. In this era when technological advances occur very fast, knowledge is renewed constantly, and the mobility increases, education becomes an important issue and a challenge for the societies in general. As much as it is relevant to the field of educational science, this fact also calls educators and experts in education for duty about actively participating in the changes taking place and predicting these changes.

We give our special thanks to the Rector of Anadolu University for giving us the opportunity to organize this congress in this beautiful university. Besides, we thank Assoc. Prof. Dr. Oktay Cem Adıgüzel for his endeavor in the organization committee and his relentless efforts for the success of the congress.
